• There is a $75 security deposit on all reservations which is refunded after check out.
• All rooms are non-smoking.
• Well behaved pets are welcome for an additional $35.
• We require a two-week advance cancellation notice prior to arrival date for a full refund.
• Maps and directions will be mailed with confirmation.
• Payment is due in full at the time of reservation. All state and local taxes will apply.
• We accept credit cards through PayPal, personal checks, cash or money order.
